Case Scenario

The Florida Supreme Court declared that the SOLE PURPOSE of the Limited Net Fishing Amendment was to "prevent unnecessary killing, overharvest and waste of the resource." The last time I looked up the meaning of "sole," it meant "only." The Supreme Court declared that any decision that was absurd and defies common sense would not be adopted... And that the Amendment CAN and MUST be harmonized. James Antista, General Counsel for the FWC has refused to "harmonize" the Amendment, assuring the evils sought to be prevented by the people of Florida are violated... Mr. ANTISTA has opted to force fishermen to use a net that "unnecessarily kills and wastes" 98%...YES 98% of the resources captured. The best thing I can say about this man is that he is a prejudiced loser. Mr. Antista told five of us that he wished there was a complete "Net Ban." WHY? We are already limited to a 500 square foot (total area) piece of net... A mere toy... Mr. Antista's hate and prejudice is what the seven commissioner rely upon to make rules...and destroy our lives, environment and economy.

To give you an idea of what an idiot Mr. Antista is... He claims that it is the "best science" to unnecessarily kill and waste" 98% of the fish caught in the net provided for fishermen to make a living... "Best science..." Is there anyone that stupid in our audience? I didn't think so. And, for the honest fisherman to make a living, he must repeat the unnecessary killing and waste over and over and over, wasting MASSIVE amounts of bait and sportfish, to bring in a very small catch for market. In this clip, Jonathon Glogau (the one that looks a bit like Larry Fine of the Three Stooges), makes the insane FWC court argument. Sit back and watch... If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. WE have NOTHING to hide. The clip accurately depicts the stupidity and lack of CONSTITUTIONAL DUE PROCESS we face daily.

FWC : Creates Felony Law From Lies & The 2" Mesh Rule is Invalid

The FWC created the 2" stretch mesh net rule from fraudulent testimony and the environment, economy and citizens have been suffering for a decade because of it. This rule has resulted in nets that unnecessarily kill and waste 98% of the fish captured, because the ONLY fish captured in the FWC's nets are illegal, juvenile fish. Watch the video and try to understand that this form of government is a cancer. They can not be questioned by the Legislative, Executive or Judicial Branch.
