We were 1st to tell you that the CCA was heading toward a "catch and release" fishery... And for that we were called every name in the book. Now, most of you realize that we told the truth.

Now hear this! YOUR Constitutional Due Process is "no more" under the FWC and your recreational activities are in danger next. A few of you have expressed to me that you now see what we've been telling you is true. Thank you for being honest. The day is coming when the rest of the CCA'ers and FS Members will FINALLY realize that "Ted" and "Karl" have sent you and your Constitutional Rights down the river. What happens to us in this court case WILL happen to you in the future if the FWC are not put in their place. Most of you don't depend on the sea for your livelihoods... But, I can't figure out why the guides haven't realized what they are supporting pertaining to the FWC's lack of Constitutional Due Process?
