We're Mad As Hell And We're Not Going To Take It Anymore

We have contacted FWC Attorney Jim Antista and are demanding a written apology from the FWC for lying and defaming Ronald Crum, (President) David Grix (Vice President) and the rest of our organization.

Mr. Crum and I (David Grix) have dealt in nothing but good faith and the truth with the FWC since their inception. No one telling the truth can say otherwise.

On the flip side is the FWC… We have endured lies, bad faith and corruption beyond that of any Hollywood screen play from this out of control form of government. And like Howard Beale stated in the movie “Network” (Pictured above), “We’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore.”

ONE of the latest false statements given by the FWC, not only caused defamation, and trouble amongst our community, it may have caused us to lose our latest court case. We are considering filing a “bar complaint” against the attorney representing the FWC, Jonathon Glogau, for making the statements.

Several members of the FWC have spread rumors that our organization filed a lawsuit, causing the FWC to halt the remainder of the mutually agreed upon net tests. The truth is the exact opposite. The FWC/FWRI cancelled all future net tests after the tests proved a 98% by-catch rate. Many days later, we filed for an injunction. Not only do we have several witnesses that are ready to testify to that fact, we have a paper trail and other evidence to prove the FWC lied. We will subpoena personnel of the FWC and FWRI and force them to tell the truth if need be.

In our latest 1st DCA Case, 06-1554, Mr. Glogau, attorney for the FWC, stated that what we (and the 1st DCA Chief Judge), claimed about the net tests and their cancellation wasn’t true. In the soon to be added video clip, I'll include visual and audio evidence of Glogau's lie in court about the net test cancellation. I'll also include his statement admitting the FWC “knew exactly” how the net tests would turn out…(Full of juvenile fish) This statement follows his testimony in a Senate hearing where he told Senators that we (the fishing community) were staging the pictures of nets full of juvenile fish. We are now on a mission to make sure that the lies of the FWC are put to an end...Forever. If they want to push the issue, they may soon find out whether or not their autonomy can protect them from intentionally misrepresenting provable facts.

I wouldn’t assert that the FWC is corrupt, lying to the citizens, courts and legislature, covering up illegal actions, arresting innocent citizens, arresting citizens under “proposed laws,” ignoring the Supreme Court, violating the Sunshine Law, ignoring Statutes made to protect citizens, deceiving the legislature about “constitutional due process,” and so much more MR. ANTISTA ... If I couldn’t prove it.

…So, FWC... Bring on an investigation into MY allegations… But you won’t, because you know I have proof of everything I assert. Be very aware that I have dispersed 100% of the proof to the care of many other trusted individuals within my organization so that if I happen to expire at an early age, the show will go on. Our organization has more than sufficient proof of what we are demanding a WRITTEN apology for. You make the call.
